Which Xbox 360 model introduced built-in Wi-Fi and a 250 GB hard drive?

The story behind the answer

The Xbox 360 S introduced built-in Wi-Fi and a 250 GB hard drive in its premium configuration. Microsoft released this redesigned Xbox 360 model in 2010.

The Xbox 360 S, often called the Xbox 360 Slim, used a smaller black enclosure and integrated features that had previously required separate accessories or varied by bundle. Its revised internal design also combined several components into a more compact system and reduced power consumption.

The later Xbox 360 E further changed the exterior and port layout, but it did not introduce the 2010 redesign. The 250 GB storage figure also applies specifically to the higher-capacity Xbox 360 S bundle, while other versions used smaller drives or flash storage.
