Which Winnie-the-Pooh character is a tiger known for bouncing?

The story behind the answer

Tigger is the tiger character in Winnie-the-Pooh who is known for bouncing.

He is energetic, outgoing and enthusiastic, and bouncing is his signature activity. Tigger first appeared in A. A. Milne’s second Pooh book, The House at Pooh Corner, rather than in the original 1926 volume.

Tigger’s personality is deliberately louder and more exuberant than Pooh’s. His confidence and constant movement often create comic problems, but he is also a loyal friend to the other residents of the Forest.

Roo is sometimes confused with Tigger because the two characters are frequently shown together in Disney productions. Roo is Kanga’s young son; Tigger is an adult tiger with his own distinctive personality.
