Which Uncharted 4 character runs the private military company Shoreline?

Nadine Ross runs the private military company Shoreline in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.

Nadine is a highly capable South African mercenary and the leader of Shoreline, which is hired by wealthy treasure hunter Rafe Adler. Her organization provides trained soldiers, weapons, and logistical support during the search for the pirate Henry Avery’s lost fortune.

She serves as a major antagonist but is more pragmatic than Rafe. Nadine is interested in the operation’s success and in protecting her people, while Rafe becomes increasingly consumed by his rivalry with Nathan Drake and his desire to claim the treasure. Their partnership eventually deteriorates as the expedition grows more dangerous.

Nadine’s role continues beyond Uncharted 4. She later becomes an uneasy ally of Chloe Frazer in Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, where their contrasting personalities create the foundation for another treasure-hunting adventure. Katherine Marlowe, Chloe Frazer, and Elena Fisher are important Uncharted characters, but none runs Shoreline.
