Team Spirit won The International 2023.

The tournament, also known as TI12, was held in Seattle, Washington, from October 12 to October 29, 2023. Team Spirit defeated Gaimin Gladiators 3–0 in the grand final, completing a dominant playoff run and claiming its second Aegis of Champions. Its earlier International victory came in 2021, when the organization became the first Eastern European team to win the event.

The 2023 championship placed Team Spirit in a particularly small group of repeat winners. OG had previously won The International in 2018 and 2019, so Team Spirit became only the second organization to capture the tournament twice. The result also corrected a dramatic contrast with the previous year: Team Spirit had made an early playoff exit at The International 2022 before returning to the top in 2023. Evil Geniuses, PSG.LGD, and OG were not the 2023 champions.
