Which studio developed Need for Speed: No Limits?
Answer
Firemonkeys Studios
Answer
Firemonkeys Studios
Firemonkeys Studios developed Need for Speed: No Limits.
Firemonkeys was an Australian studio known for mobile racing development, including the Real Racing series. Its experience helped shape No Limits as a phone-first racing game, with touch controls, short events, vehicle upgrades, customization, and a free-to-play progression structure.
Electronic Arts published the game, but publisher and developer are different roles. EA handled the publishing and franchise ownership, while Firemonkeys built the game itself. This distinction explains why EA Black Box, Criterion Games, and Ghost Games are not correct answers even though each studio developed other Need for Speed titles.
No Limits launched in 2015 for iOS and Android. It became the series’ first original title made for mobile devices, rather than a mobile adaptation of an existing console or PC Need for Speed game.
