Which stadium was Arsenal's Premier League home before Emirates Stadium?

The story behind the answer

Arsenal’s Premier League home before Emirates Stadium was Highbury, officially Arsenal Stadium.

Located in north London, Highbury became Arsenal’s home in 1913 after the club moved from the Manor Ground in Plumstead. It remained the club’s home for 93 years, hosting Arsenal through title-winning eras under managers including Herbert Chapman, Arsène Wenger and George Graham.

The ground was famous for its intimate atmosphere, immaculate pitch and distinctive Art Deco East and West Stands, rebuilt during the 1930s. Its limited capacity and restrictions on expansion eventually made it difficult for Arsenal to grow matchday revenue.

Arsenal played their final competitive match at Highbury against Wigan Athletic on 7 May 2006, then moved to Emirates Stadium for the 2006–07 season. Highbury was later redeveloped as Highbury Square, while parts of the listed stands were incorporated into the residential project. The alternative grounds named in the question were homes of other clubs.
