Adolescence received the most 2026 Critics Choice Awards television nominations, with six.
The Netflix limited series follows the investigation and family fallout surrounding a teenage boy accused of a serious crime. Its intimate structure gives major weight to the performances of the family, investigators, and other people drawn into the case.
Adolescence led the television nominations with six, ahead of Nobody Wants This with five. It converted that recognition into four wins: Best Limited Series, Best Actor in a Limited Series or Movie Made for Television for Stephen Graham, and supporting acting awards for Owen Cooper and Erin Doherty.
The nominations figure is different from the number of wins. That distinction matters because the ceremony’s television winner summary lists Adolescence with four awards, while its nomination total was six.
