The Studio earned Seth Rogen the 2026 Critics Choice Award for Best Actor in a Comedy Series.
Rogen’s acting prize was one of three awards won by The Studio. The comedy also took Best Comedy Series and Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for Ike Barinholtz. Its three victories tied The Pitt for the second-highest television total of the ceremony.
The Studio is a workplace comedy about the executives and employees of a fictional film studio. Rogen co-created the series and plays Matt Remick, a newly appointed studio head trying to balance creative ambitions, business pressures, and Hollywood personalities.
The award was for a television comedy performance, not a film performance. The ceremony’s film acting winners included Timothée Chalamet for Marty Supreme, Jessie Buckley for Hamnet, Jacob Elordi for Frankenstein, and Amy Madigan for Weapons.
