Which resurrected version of Catelyn Stark was omitted from Game of Thrones?

The story behind the answer

The resurrected version of Catelyn Stark omitted from Game of Thrones was Lady Stoneheart. In George R. R. Martin’s novels, Catelyn returns after the Red Wedding as a vengeful, nearly speechless figure who leads the Brotherhood Without Banners.

Her resurrection occurs at the end of A Storm of Swords. Beric Dondarrion gives his remaining life to restore her, leaving Catelyn physically changed and driven by revenge against those she believes betrayed House Stark. Lady Stoneheart becomes especially significant because her actions connect the aftermath of the Red Wedding to several northern and Riverlands storylines.

The television series never introduced the character. Catelyn’s body is shown after the Red Wedding, but her book resurrection is omitted, and Michelle Fairley did not return as Lady Stoneheart. This is different from Jon Snow’s resurrection, which the show adapted directly, and from Beric Dondarrion, who was repeatedly brought back through Thoros of Myr’s prayers.
