Hull City opened the 2026–27 Premier League against Manchester United.
Hull hosted Manchester United at the MKM Stadium on Saturday, 22 August 2026, in the first Saturday lunchtime fixture. Hull had gained promotion to the top flight after spending nine seasons outside the Premier League.
