Bubbles is the Powerpuff Girl associated with a lollipop and her stuffed octopus, Octi. She is the youngest-appearing and often gentlest member of the trio.
Bubbles has blue eyes and wears a blue dress with a black belt. Although she is characterized as sweet and sensitive, the series repeatedly shows that she can be extremely powerful when her friends or animals are threatened.
Octi is one of Bubbles’ treasured possessions and appears in stories involving her bedroom and personal life. The character is sometimes confused with Blossom’s leadership role or Buttercup’s tough personality, but the lollipop-and-Octi combination specifically identifies Bubbles.
