Bubbles is the Powerpuff Girl with blue eyes who wears a blue dress in the original series.
Bubbles is the youngest-coded and generally gentlest member of the trio. Her design uses a blue color scheme, including her dress and the color of her eyes, making her visually distinct from Blossom’s pink-and-red palette and Buttercup’s green-and-black palette.
Her kindness does not mean she is powerless. Bubbles can fly, use super strength, and fight the same threats as her sisters. The character is also associated with animals, drawing, and her stuffed octopus, Octi. These traits provide a contrast with her formidable superhero abilities.
