Which PlayStation console included Astro’s Playroom as a pre-installed game?

The PlayStation 5 included Astro’s Playroom as a pre-installed game.

Astro’s Playroom is a platform game developed by Japan Studio’s Team Asobi and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It was designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the PlayStation 5 and its DualSense wireless controller. Every PS5 console includes access to the game, making it an unusual example of a bundled title rather than a separately purchased launch game.

The game celebrates PlayStation hardware history through themed areas and collectibles. Its use of the DualSense’s adaptive triggers and haptic feedback is one reason it is often recommended as an introduction to the console. It should not be confused with Astro Bot, a larger standalone platform game released later.
