Palworld's early-access version for macOS was released on March 4, 2025.
The Mac edition launched through the Mac App Store, extending Pocketpair's survival-and-monster-taming game to Apple's platform after its original early-access debut on Windows and Xbox in January 2024. It remained an early-access release rather than representing Palworld's eventual full version.
The platform wording is important: macOS is Apple's desktop operating system, while the Mac App Store is the distribution storefront. A player might therefore describe the release as the “Mac version” or “Mac App Store release,” but macOS is the platform being tested in the question.
The date can also be confused with Palworld's original launch date, January 19, 2024, or its later PlayStation 5 release in September 2024. Android, Nintendo Switch, and Linux were not the platform associated with this March 2025 early-access launch.
