Which Palworld faction's name includes the word Syndicate?

The Palworld faction whose name includes “Syndicate” is the Rayne Syndicate. Led by Zoe Rayne, it is one of the game’s principal human factions and an early major antagonist.

The Rayne Syndicate is portrayed as a criminal organization involved in Pal poaching, exploitation, raids, and territorial control. Its forces occupy camps across the Palpagos Islands and use firearms alongside captured or partnered Pals. Zoe Rayne’s tower, where players face the faction’s boss encounter, is located in the Windswept Hills.

The name is easy to mix up with Palworld’s other factions. The Free Pal Alliance is associated with Pal liberation, the Brothers of the Eternal Pyre with fire worship, and the PAL Genetic Research Unit with experimentation. The word “Syndicate” uniquely identifies Rayne’s organization among these choices.
