Which of Beyoncé’s children is credited on the song “Brown Skin Girl”?

Blue Ivy Carter is credited on Beyoncé’s song “Brown Skin Girl.”

The song appears on The Lion King: The Gift, Beyoncé’s 2019 album inspired by Disney’s remake of The Lion King. It features Beyoncé, Blue Ivy Carter, Wizkid, and Saint Jhn, with additional songwriting contributions from several artists.

Blue Ivy was born on January 7, 2012, to Beyoncé and Jay-Z. Her vocal contribution to “Brown Skin Girl” made her one of the youngest artists to receive major award recognition, and she appeared in the song’s 2019 music video.

The song celebrates dark-skinned girls and women and was widely discussed for its representation. Rumi and Sir Carter are also Beyoncé’s children, but neither is credited as a performer on this track. That distinction makes the answer specifically Blue Ivy Carter.
