Eva Herzigová became famous for the 1994 Wonderbra campaign featuring the slogan “Hello Boys.”
The campaign showed Herzigová wearing a black Wonderbra and used a simple, playful message aimed at passing motorists and viewers. Its striking billboard design made it one of the most recognizable fashion advertising images of the 1990s and helped turn Herzigová into an international star.
Herzigová was born in Litvínov, then part of Czechoslovakia, in 1973. She won a modeling contest in Prague at age 16 and later moved to Paris to pursue professional modeling. Her work expanded from lingerie and fashion advertising into runway shows, magazine editorials, and acting.
The campaign is often remembered as “Hello Boys,” although the name refers to the advertising line rather than a film, song, or official nickname for Herzigová. The Wonderbra brand itself had earlier roots, but the 1994 campaign became its defining modern image.
