Which model played Axl Rose’s fiancée in Guns N’ Roses’ 1992 music video for “November Rain”?

Stephanie Seymour played Axl Rose’s fiancée in Guns N’ Roses’ 1992 music video for “November Rain.”

The cinematic video follows a wedding that ends tragically and intercuts the story with the band performing in a church and concert setting. Seymour appears as Rose’s bride, and her role helped make the video one of the most memorable fashion-and-music crossover appearances of the era.

Seymour and Rose were romantically involved during the early 1990s, which helped explain the personal quality of the casting. She also appeared in the band’s videos for “Don’t Cry” and “Estranged.”

The song was released on the album Use Your Illusion I, while the video became a major MTV staple in 1992.
