Michelle Williams appeared with Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland at Destiny’s Child’s 2018 Coachella reunion.
During Beyoncé’s 2018 Coachella headline performance, the trio performed together on “Lose My Breath,” “Say My Name,” and “Soldier.” The appearance reunited the group’s best-known later lineup: Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams.
Destiny’s Child began in Houston in the 1990s and went through lineup changes before becoming a trio. The group’s major hits include “Bills, Bills, Bills,” “Say My Name,” “Survivor,” and “Bootylicious.” Its final studio album, Destiny Fulfilled, arrived in 2004.
Michelle Williams joined the group in 2000, alongside Farrah Franklin, after the departure of original members LeToya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson. Those lineup changes can make reunion questions confusing. The 2018 appearance was a special performance, not a new Destiny’s Child album or permanent reunion.
