Which LEGO set is a detailed model of the NASA Space Shuttle Discovery and the Hubble Space Telescope?

LEGO set 10283 NASA Space Shuttle Discovery is a detailed model of the Space Shuttle Discovery and the Hubble Space Telescope.

Released in 2021, the set commemorates the 1990 STS-31 mission, during which Discovery deployed the Hubble Space Telescope. The model includes the shuttle’s payload bay, landing gear, adjustable displays, and a separate Hubble model that can be positioned for display.

The set is part of LEGO’s adult-oriented display range, now associated with LEGO Icons. Its subject is different from LEGO’s Saturn V sets, which represent the Apollo launch vehicle and were created under LEGO Ideas before being reissued.

The Discovery model appeals to both LEGO enthusiasts and space-history fans because it represents a real spacecraft and a specific mission. The Hubble component also helps distinguish it from other NASA-themed LEGO sets featuring rockets, lunar landers, or Mars exploration vehicles.
