Which founder of Twitter also co-founded the blogging platform Blogger?

The story behind the answer

Evan Williams, a Twitter co-founder, also co-founded the blogging platform Blogger.

Williams co-founded Pyra Labs, the company behind Blogger, with Meg Hourihan in 1999. Blogger became one of the early major tools for publishing personal websites and blogs, helping popularize regularly updated online writing. Google acquired Pyra Labs in 2003 and continued operating Blogger.

After working on Blogger and later at Google, Williams became involved in Odeo, the podcasting company from which Twitter emerged. He was among the people who helped develop and launch Twitter, then became one of its key executives and later its CEO.

Jack Dorsey, Biz Stone, and Noah Glass are also closely associated with Twitter’s creation, but they did not co-found Blogger. This question is therefore about Williams’s earlier internet entrepreneurship, not his later work at Medium, another publishing platform he co-founded.
