Furious 7 is the first Fast & Furious film to feature Ramsey.
Ramsey is a British computer hacker and the creator of the God’s Eye surveillance program. In Furious 7, the team seeks her help after learning that God’s Eye can locate people anywhere by accessing connected devices and cameras. Nathalie Emmanuel plays Ramsey in the film and in later franchise entries.
The character joins the series during its shift toward global action and advanced technology. Her expertise complements the team’s driving, combat and intelligence skills, while the God’s Eye device provides the central technological objective of the story.
Ramsey’s introduction is sometimes confused with her later, more prominent appearances. She returns in The Fate of the Furious, F9: The Fast Saga and Fast X, but Furious 7 remains her franchise debut. The film was also Paul Walker’s final completed acting appearance as Brian O’Conner.
