Which fashion brand did Beyoncé co-found in 2016?

The story behind the answer

Beyoncé co-founded the activewear brand Ivy Park in 2016.

Ivy Park was launched in April 2016 as a collaboration between Beyoncé and Sir Philip Green’s Arcadia Group. The brand was designed as performance and leisure clothing, combining athletic apparel with a fashion-oriented identity. Its name refers to Beyoncé’s daughter Blue Ivy and Parkwood Park in Houston, a place associated with her childhood.

Beyoncé later acquired full ownership of Ivy Park in 2018, after which the brand operated through her company Parkwood Entertainment. In 2019, Ivy Park entered a partnership with Adidas, producing apparel, footwear, and accessories. Adidas and Ivy Park are therefore connected, but Adidas was not the brand Beyoncé co-founded. House of Deréon was an earlier fashion label associated with Beyoncé and her mother, Tina Knowles.
