Rachel Elnaugh was the founder of the experience-gift business Red Letter Days and an investor on Dragon's Den.

Red Letter Days sold gift experiences such as driving days, adventure activities and hospitality packages. Elnaugh established the company in the 1990s and became known as a prominent British entrepreneur before joining the television investment panel.
