Which designer was a Dragon on the BBC's Dragons' Den from 2013 to 2015?

The story behind the answer

Kelly Hoppen was a Dragon on the BBC's Dragons' Den from 2013 to 2015.

Hoppen is an internationally known British interior designer whose style is associated with clean lines, neutral colours and a design approach often described as East-meets-West. She built a career in residential, commercial and hospitality interiors before joining the television panel.

She replaced Hilary Devey as an investor and appeared in series 11 and 12. Hoppen left the programme after two series, making her tenure shorter than that of several longer-serving Dragons.

Hoppen is sometimes confused with other female investors on the show because the programme has featured several prominent women from design, retail and finance. Her distinctive connection is her professional background in interior design and her two-series period on the panel between 2013 and 2015.
