Which Crash game was the final one developed by Naughty Dog?

The story behind the answer

Crash Team Racing was the final Crash game developed by Naughty Dog.

Released for the original PlayStation in 1999, Crash Team Racing was Naughty Dog’s fourth Crash project, following Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot: Warped. Although it was a kart racer rather than a traditional platformer, it used the series’ characters, humor, items, and colorful world.

The game’s story centers on Nitros Oxide, an alien racer who challenges Earth’s competitors. Crash, Coco, Cortex, and other characters race through Adventure Mode to earn the right to face him. This makes CTR a spin-off in genre, but still a major part of the original Crash run.

After completing CTR, Naughty Dog moved on to Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy. Crash Bash, released in 2000, was the first Crash game made without Naughty Dog; it was developed by Eurocom. Crash Nitro Kart and Crash Twinsanity came later from other studios, which is why they are not the answer.
