Which company created the Star Wars Electronic Lightsaber toy line called Force FX?

Master Replicas created the Star Wars Electronic Lightsaber line called Force FX.

Master Replicas was a collectibles company known for high-end licensed replicas of props and weapons from films. Its Force FX lightsabers used illuminated blades, sound effects, and display-focused construction to offer a more realistic alternative to ordinary children’s lightsaber toys.

The line drew on the visual and audio design of lightsabers seen in the Star Wars films. Collectors valued the metal hilts, bright blade illumination, motion-sensitive sounds, and presentation stands. These features positioned Force FX products between mass-market toys and expensive static prop replicas.

Hasbro also sold many Star Wars lightsabers, including electronic play versions, which causes frequent confusion about the manufacturer. Force FX specifically refers to Master Replicas’ collector-oriented lightsaber products. Later companies produced similar premium lightsaber lines after Master Replicas stopped making licensed Star Wars collectibles.
