Which character is the uncle of Donald Duck?

Which character is the uncle of Donald Duck? Scrooge McDuck is the canonical answer.

Carl Barks created Scrooge for the 1947 comic story “Christmas on Bear Mountain,” where he appeared as Donald’s wealthy, demanding uncle. He is Scottish-born, lives in Duckburg, and is famous for his fortune, frugality, treasure hunts, and Money Bin.

Scrooge became important enough to receive his own comic-book series, Uncle Scrooge, beginning in 1952. He also became the central character of Disney’s DuckTales television series, first broadcast in 1987 and later rebooted in 2017.

The Duck family includes several relatives who can cause confusion. Della Duck is Donald’s twin sister, while Huey, Dewey, and Louie are Donald’s nephews. Scrooge is also their grand-uncle, making the family relationship broader than his famous connection with Donald.
