Genesis gives the dimensions and construction instructions for Noah’s Ark.
The Ark account appears primarily in Genesis chapters 6 through 9. Genesis 6 describes the corruption of the earth, Noah’s favor with God, the command to build the Ark, its dimensions, its decks, its opening, and its side door. Chapters 7 and 8 narrate the Flood and the recession of the waters, while chapter 9 describes the covenant and rainbow sign.
Other parts of the Bible refer back to Noah and the Flood, including Isaiah, Ezekiel, Matthew, Luke, Hebrews, and First Peter. Those later references do not supply the detailed Ark building instructions found in Genesis.
The Torah’s other books—Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy—contain different narratives and laws. They do not present the Ark’s measurements. The answer is therefore the specific biblical book, not the broader label “the Bible.”
