Beyoncé's album B'Day includes the single “Irreplaceable.”
B'Day was Beyoncé's second solo studio album, released on September 4, 2006, her 25th birthday. The album's title is a reference to both her birthday and the word “birthday.”
“Irreplaceable” became one of the album's biggest successes. Written with contributions from Ne-Yo, Mikkel S. Eriksen, Tor Hermansen, Espen Lind, Amund Bjørklund, and Beyoncé, the song centers on a breakup and a firm dismissal of an unfaithful partner.
The single reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and remained there for ten weeks. B'Day also produced “Déjà Vu,” featuring Jay-Z, and “Beautiful Liar,” a later duet with Shakira.
