Which animated feature won at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards after being nominated alongside Zootopia 2?

KPop Demon Hunters won Best Animated Feature at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards after being nominated alongside Zootopia 2.

The Netflix animated film won the feature-animation category against Arco, Elio, In Your Dreams, Little Amélie or the Character of Rain, and Zootopia 2. Its story combines K-pop performance with supernatural action, giving it a distinctive musical and fantasy identity.

KPop Demon Hunters also won Best Song for “Golden,” making it one of only five films to receive multiple awards at the ceremony. The song was credited to Ejae, Mark Sonnenblick, Ido, 24, and Teddy.

This award was for Best Animated Feature, not Best Animated Series. The television animation prize went to South Park, a separate category that recognized a continuing television program rather than a feature film.
