Which actor returns as 343 Guilty Spark in Halo: Campaign Evolved?
Answer
Tim Dadabo
Answer
Tim Dadabo
Tim Dadabo returns as 343 Guilty Spark in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
343 Guilty Spark is the floating Monitor of Installation 04, the Halo ring discovered during the events of the original game. He presents himself as a helpful guide to Master Chief, but his rigid devotion to activating the installation’s weapons makes him one of the story’s most memorable and unsettling artificial intelligences.
Dadabo originated the role in Halo: Combat Evolved and continued voicing Guilty Spark in later Halo projects. His distinctive delivery—formal, enthusiastic, and increasingly ominous—helped define the character’s personality. Campaign Evolved revisits the first game’s campaign, so bringing back the original voice actor preserves an important link to Bungie’s 2001 release.
A frequent mix-up is to choose Keith David, who voices the Arbiter in later Halo games, or Steve Downes, the voice of Master Chief. Keston John is associated with Sergeant Johnson in the remake’s cast, not Guilty Spark.
