Which actor plays Brienne of Tarth in Game of Thrones?

Gwendoline Christie plays Brienne of Tarth in HBO’s Game of Thrones. Christie portrays the formidable warrior throughout the series, from Brienne’s introduction in season 2 through the final season.

Brienne is from House Tarth and is known for her exceptional skill, loyalty, and commitment to the ideals of knighthood. She first appears while serving Renly Baratheon, later swears loyalty to Catelyn Stark, and develops a complicated bond with Jaime Lannister during their dangerous journey through Westeros.
