Answer
Pierce Brosnan
Answer
Pierce Brosnan
Pierce Brosnan played James Bond in The World Is Not Enough.
Released in 1999, the film was Brosnan’s third appearance as 007, following GoldenEye and Tomorrow Never Dies. Its story begins with Bond investigating the murder of oil magnate Sir Robert King and protecting his daughter, Elektra King, from the terrorist Renard.
The title comes from the Bond family motto, “The World Is Not Enough,” which appears in Ian Fleming’s novel On Her Majesty’s Secret Service and is explained in the film. Sophie Marceau played Elektra King, Robert Carlyle played Renard, and Denise Richards played nuclear physicist Christmas Jones. Brosnan’s final official Bond film was Die Another Day (2002), after which Daniel Craig became the series’ next Bond actor.
