Beyoncé launched the activewear brand Ivy Park in 2016 with Topshop’s parent company.
Ivy Park was created as a performance and lifestyle clothing line by Beyoncé and Sir Philip Green, whose Arcadia Group owned Topshop at the time. The brand’s name combines “Ivy,” a reference to Beyoncé’s daughter Blue Ivy and the Roman numeral four, with “Park,” reflecting public spaces associated with exercise and community.
The first Ivy Park collection launched in April 2016. It included leggings, bodysuits, tops, jackets, and other athletic-inspired garments. The line was marketed around movement, confidence, and inclusive sizing.
In 2018, Beyoncé acquired full ownership of Ivy Park from Green. She later partnered with Adidas, and the Ivy Park x Adidas collection debuted in 2020. Ivy Park is separate from House of Deréon, the fashion label Beyoncé developed earlier with her mother, Tina Knowles.
