Which 2022 Beyoncé album begins with the song “I'm That Girl”?

Beyoncé’s 2022 album Renaissance begins with the song “I’m That Girl.”

Renaissance was released on July 29, 2022, as Beyoncé’s seventh studio album. “I’m That Girl” is its opening track, followed by “Cozy” and “Alien Superstar,” establishing the album’s club-oriented electronic and dance framework.

The album’s lead single, “Break My Soul,” reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100. Renaissance also draws on house, disco, funk, and dance traditions, with contributions from artists including Grace Jones, Nile Rodgers, and Beam.

Renaissance was the first part of a planned trilogy. It won the Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronic Music Album, making Beyoncé the first woman to win that category under its current name.
