Which 2019 Beyoncé-produced album accompanied Disney’s live-action film The Lion King?

The Lion King: The Gift accompanied Disney’s 2019 live-action film The Lion King.

Beyoncé curated and executive-produced The Lion King: The Gift, which was released on July 19, 2019, the same day as the film’s theatrical release. She also voiced Nala in the film. The album combines contemporary pop, R&B, hip-hop, and African musical influences and includes numerous guest performers.

Its tracks include “Spirit,” “Bigger,” “Find Your Way Back,” and “Brown Skin Girl.” Featured artists include Wizkid, Blue Ivy Carter, Jay-Z, Childish Gambino, Kendrick Lamar, and Major Lazer, among others.

The album later inspired Black Is King, a 2020 visual album and film released on Disney+. Black Is King is therefore related to The Gift but is not its title. The Gift is the companion album directly associated with the 2019 movie.
