Principal photography had begun on July 18, 2025, at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in Hertfordshire, England. The production also filmed on location in Devon and parts of London before completing the shoot.

The wrap date marks the end of the main filming period, not the film’s release. Practical Magic 2 is scheduled to open theatrically in the United States on September 11, 2026, almost a year after production ended. Post-production and distribution work can continue after filming has wrapped.
