What was the name of Beyoncé’s 2023 world tour supporting Renaissance?

Beyoncé’s 2023 world tour supporting Renaissance was called the Renaissance World Tour.

The tour began in May 2023 in Stockholm, Sweden, and concluded in October 2023 in Kansas City, Missouri. It supported Renaissance, Beyoncé’s seventh studio album, which was released in 2022. The concerts centered on the album’s dance, house, disco, and electronic influences and used elaborate staging, lighting, costumes, and a large robot horse known as the “Reneigh” visual.

The tour included North American and European dates and became one of the highest-grossing concert tours of 2023. It also generated the concert film Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé, which was released in theaters in December 2023.

The name is distinct from Beyoncé’s earlier tours. The Formation World Tour supported Lemonade in 2016, while The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour supported Beyoncé’s self-titled album and ran from 2013 to 2014. On the Run Tour was a joint tour with Jay-Z.
