The highest denomination ever issued for Disney Dollars was $50.
Disney Dollars were souvenir and spending notes created by the Walt Disney Company for use at selected Disney destinations. The program began in 1987, and the notes were designed with Disney characters, attractions, and security features resembling those on conventional currency.
Although most Disney Dollars circulated in smaller denominations, including $1, $5, and $10, Disney also produced higher-value notes. The $50 denomination was the largest face value issued in the series.
Disney Dollars were not legal tender outside the Disney locations that accepted them. They became popular with collectors because designs changed over time and many notes commemorated anniversaries, attractions, or characters. Disney stopped issuing new Disney Dollars in 2016, although previously issued notes can remain collectible.
