Besides its door, Noah’s Ark had a window in the Genesis account.
Genesis 6:16 instructs Noah to make a window for the Ark and to finish it to a specific measure. The verse also mentions the door at the side and the three levels inside the vessel.
The window becomes important later in the story. From it, Noah sends out the raven and then the dove to learn whether the floodwaters have receded. The text therefore gives the opening both a construction role and a narrative role.
Modern illustrations often show many windows or a large roof opening, but Genesis specifies a window in the singular in this construction instruction. The exact design and placement are not described in enough detail to reconstruct it with certainty.
