What song appears as the B-side of Metallica's “Enter Sandman” single from The Black Album?

“Stone Cold Crazy” appears as the B-side of Metallica's “Enter Sandman” single from The Black Album.

The song is a cover of a composition originally recorded by Queen. Metallica's version had already appeared on the 1990 compilation album Rubáiyát: Elektra's 40th Anniversary, and it was then used as the B-side when “Enter Sandman” was issued in 1991.

This pairing can be confused with other Metallica cover recordings. “The Prince” appeared as a B-side to “Harvester of Sorrow,” while “Killing Time” was associated with “The Unforgiven.” “Breadfan” was recorded for The $5.98 E.P. – Garage Days Re-Revisited.

Metallica's performance of “Stone Cold Crazy” also had historical importance: it won the Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance at the 35th Annual Grammy Awards in 1993. That award concerned the cover recording, not the original studio tracks on The Black Album.
