What is the title of Beyoncé’s 2024 studio album inspired partly by country music?

Cowboy Carter is the title of Beyoncé’s 2024 studio album inspired partly by country music.

The album was released on March 29, 2024, through Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records. It is Beyoncé’s eighth studio album and the second act of a planned trilogy that began with Renaissance in 2022.

Cowboy Carter uses country, pop, rock, blues, folk, and R&B influences. Its creation was connected to Beyoncé’s experiences with the country-music world, including the response to her 2016 Country Music Association Awards performance with the Chicks.

The album includes “Texas Hold ’Em,” which became Beyoncé’s first number-one single on the Billboard Hot 100 and made her the first Black woman to top Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart. Cowboy Carter is sometimes shortened informally, but the credited title is Cowboy Carter.
