What is the title of Beyoncé’s 2024 album centered on country music influences?

Beyoncé’s 2024 album centered on country music influences is titled Cowboy Carter.

Cowboy Carter was released on March 29, 2024, as Beyoncé’s eighth solo studio album and the second act of her planned trilogy. It followed Renaissance, which was designated Act I.

The album explores country, Americana, blues, rock, and related traditions. Its songs include “Texas Hold ’Em,” “16 Carriages,” and “Jolene,” while guest appearances include Dolly Parton, Linda Martell, Willie Nelson, and Miley Cyrus.

The project’s title and concept connect to Beyoncé’s Texas background and to her interest in the history of Black artists within country music. It is sometimes mistakenly labeled only as a country album, but its arrangements and influences extend across several American roots genres.
