What is the subtitle of the ninth main Fast & Furious film?

The subtitle of the ninth main Fast & Furious film is The Fast Saga.

The film’s full title is F9: The Fast Saga. It was directed by Justin Lin and released in 2021 after production and scheduling changes affected its arrival. The title emphasizes that the movie belongs to the continuing central saga rather than being a separate spin-off.

F9 brings back Vin Diesel as Dominic Toretto and introduces Jakob Toretto, Dom’s previously unknown younger brother, played by John Cena. The story also revisits Han Lue and expands the franchise’s action into an unusual space-launch sequence involving a Pontiac Fiero.

The title is sometimes confused with Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, the franchise’s first spin-off. F9 is instead the ninth numbered main entry. Its short title, “F9,” is used in many promotional materials, while “The Fast Saga” is the official subtitle.
