What is the real name of the entrepreneur known as Levi Roots on the British show Dragon's Den?

The real name of the entrepreneur known as Levi Roots on the British show Dragon's Den is Keith Valentine Graham.

Levi Roots is the stage name of the Jamaican-born British musician, chef and entrepreneur who became famous for Reggae Reggae Sauce. He used the name professionally in music before it became closely linked with his food business and television appearance.

Roots's Dragon's Den pitch introduced the sauce to a large television audience and helped turn his personal brand into a major commercial identity. His story is often described as a crossover between music, food and entrepreneurship rather than as a conventional business-school case.

The name can be confused with the product brand, which is Reggae Reggae Sauce, or with Roots's nickname. The question asks for his legal name, not the stage name used on the programme or the name of the sauce.
