The Pixar short follows Tippy, a peasant girl with a single coin to toss into a fountain, and two competing street performers who battle musically to win it. Andrew Jimenez and Mark Andrews directed the short, Osnat Shurer produced it, and Michael Giacchino composed its music. Although it is commonly associated with 2006 because of its theatrical pairing, the short was produced and premiered earlier, including a 2005 festival release.
