What is the name of the secret superhero agency in The Incredibles?

The secret superhero agency in The Incredibles is the National Supers Agency, usually abbreviated as the NSA. “National Supers Agency” is therefore the canonical answer to this question.

The agency is part of the film’s hidden history of superheroes. After superheroes were forced into secrecy, government authorities helped relocate them and conceal their identities. The NSA maintained files on supers and supported the broader effort to keep their former lives out of public view.

Rick Dicker is closely associated with this organization. He is a government agent who handles damage control, erases witnesses’ memories, and helps manage the Superhero Relocation Program. The film’s supplemental material identifies him as having once been part of the NSA.

The answer can be confused with the real-world National Security Agency, which shares the abbreviation NSA. X-Men is a Marvel superhero team, while Super Force and Hero Guild are not the agency’s names in The Incredibles. The organization belongs to Pixar’s fictional superhero bureaucracy.
