What is the name of Beyoncé’s daughter featured on the song “Brown Skin Girl”?

Blue Ivy Carter is Beyoncé’s daughter featured on the song “Brown Skin Girl.”

The song appears on The Lion King: The Gift, Beyoncé’s 2019 album inspired by the 2019 film The Lion King. It features Beyoncé with Saint Jhn and WizKid, and Blue Ivy Carter contributes vocals. The recording celebrates dark-skinned girls and women through affirming lyrics about beauty, family, and representation.

Blue Ivy was born in 2012 to Beyoncé and Jay-Z. She became one of the youngest credited Grammy winners when “Brown Skin Girl” received the Grammy for Best Music Video in 2021; the award credited Beyoncé, Blue Ivy Carter, WizKid, and Saint Jhn.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z also have twins, Rumi and Sir Carter, born in 2017. Rumi is not the child featured on “Brown Skin Girl,” a common point of confusion because all three children are associated with the Carter family.
