What fashion brand did Beyoncé launch in 2016 with Sir Philip Green’s Topshop?

The story behind the answer

Beyoncé launched Ivy Park in 2016 with Sir Philip Green’s Topshop.

Ivy Park was introduced as an activewear brand combining athletic clothing with fashion. The name refers to Beyoncé’s daughter, Blue Ivy, and to Parkwood, the entertainment company she founded. The original partnership was announced with Topshop owner Sir Philip Green.

The brand’s first collection was released in April 2016. It included leggings, tops, hoodies, and other performance-oriented pieces, and its advertising emphasized movement, confidence, and personal discipline. Beyoncé later became the sole owner of Ivy Park after ending the partnership with Green’s Arcadia Group.

Ivy Park later entered a major collaboration with Adidas, beginning in 2019. That partnership produced clothing, footwear, and accessories under the Ivy Park name. It is distinct from House of Deréon, the fashion label associated with Beyoncé and her mother, Tina Knowles, before Ivy Park.
